If you are advanced English user, you can listen Level 3-6. Every podcast has speed variations. In some podcast you can choose between British and American accent. And it provides some exersises and vocabulary list. 10/10

http://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/ - Well, i haven't found podcasts. Just gialogues. But let it be. It can improve your English too. Each dialogue provides the script, test and trascription. All dialogues are divided into levels of their listenres too. By the way, this site has reading, writing and speaking courses. 9/10
